If you’re reading this page, chances are, you already know San Antonio is a great place to live. What you may not realize? Other people know it too! The word is out –– our “little city” is no longer a secret. Why?
As more and more businesses continue to relocate to the Alamo City (thanks to great tax incentives and culture to boot), industry experts predict the city’s housing market will only continue to boom. So, what does this mean for you?
If you’re ready to buy property in San Antonio, there has literally never been a better time to do so. That’s where we come in.
What We Can Do For You
Albanese & Associates works with first-time and seasoned home-buyers (as well as corporate buyers) who are passionate about being a part of and shaping one of the country’s hottest growing cities. This is where we’re supposed to tell you “we’re the best” and that you should work with us. But we’re not going to do that.
We realize realtors are a dime a dozen in every major city. Much like there is a mechanic on every block you could take your car to, there is a realtor in every family you could take your hopes and dreams to. So, the question becomes: How do you decide whom to work with?
If you’re anything like us, you want to work with real people, as opposed to someone just going through the motions; people who are experienced, knowledgeable, trustworthy and enjoyable to be around. And guess what? We’re as real as that line for free coffee outside Valero after The Spurs win a playoff game! So, please –– get to know us.

Webster’s Dictionary defines passion as a strong feeling of enthusiasm or excitement for something. Here at Albanese & Associates, we’re passionate about a lot of things –– breakfast tacos anyone? But, perhaps, what we’re most passionate about is obtaining the greatest amount of happiness possible, for ourselves and our clients.
And, as cliche as it sounds, what makes us happy is making YOU happy. No matter how many times we go through the realty process, it never gets old. Witnessing the smile on a client’s face when they close on “the home” that is going to serve as the backdrop for the life they’ve been dreaming of is priceless. Put simply, it’s why we do what we do.
Part of what makes us unique in comparison to other reality service providers is our strong entrepreneurial background. Having significant combined experience in national and international business development, we naturally approach realty with a level of tenacity normally reserved for start-ups and boardrooms. Translation: We work hard to get our clients exactly what they want. Because “good enough” just isn’t good enough.
Should you think this level of dedication is reserved solely for those with big budgets, think again. One of our most memorable clients to date was a 27-year-old, first-time home buyer. Unfortunately, she suffered the plight of many young people –– great taste, tight budget. But, after significant research and many viewings, we managed to find her “the perfect” starter-condo for only $60,000. Where others may have been tempted to say “maybe this is as good as it gets,” we kept looking. And it paid off.
When was the last time you received outstanding customer service? As in, you couldn’t wait to tell your friends and family how wonderful your experience was with “company x?” Sadly, it takes most of us far too long to answer that question. And it also begs the question: What IS outstanding customer service?
Here at Albanese & Associates, we believe service begins with treating people the way they want to be treated. It’s the little things that go along way: Like, being easy to get ahold of, listening carefully, communicating clearly and taking care of the details without being asked to do so. Not only is providing outstanding customer service good for business, it’s just plain good for the soul.
The opposite of innovation is stagnation. It’s what happens when businesses (or people) keep doing the same thing, in the same way, over and over again. History has repeatedly shown that the greatest discoveries are made by trailblazers –– men and women who weren’t afraid to explore off the “beaten path.”
Which is why we consistently expose ourselves to new ideas, trends and possibilities –– within our industry AND outside of it. On a professional level, this means continually exploring new developments, obtaining ongoing education and connecting with members of the local community. On a personal level, this means exposing our taste buds to new culinary delights, traveling to experience the diversity of foreign cultures and reading just about everything we can get our hands on!
